Indicator codelist

To be able to connect indicators from IATI with our MFA standard indicators (and allow uploading in our results application) we created an indicator reference code list for all standard indicators available in our thematic result frameworks.

To allow reporting on standard indicators with disaggregates, we also added a code list for the disaggregation categories we use.
