The Helpdesk Open Data will be closed on Ascension Day, Thursday May 14. This means we will not be online for the usual Question Hour on that day.

The Helpdesk Open Data has a Question Hour via Zoom every Thursday. In this Zoom call, you can ask questions about publishing your IATI data.

Thursday May 14 will be a national holiday in the Netherlands, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is closed. For this reason, there will be no Question Hour. If you have questions you want to ask us, please do one of the following:

  • Check the Frequently Asked Questions. Do you want to know why your activity does not show up on Metis? The answer is in the first item of the list.
  • Use the ‘search’ button on this website to see if we have already answered your question in an article. This will often be the case.
  • Email us on helpdesk-opendata@minbuza.nl
  • Join the Question Hour on a different Thursday
