As you know, you should always refer to your donor when you publish your activities. You do this with the ‘provider activity ID’. The article in which we explain how to do that, is the all time greatest hit on this website.

If we are your direct donor, you are used to using a format for our activity IDs that has this structure:

XM-DAC-7-PPR-4000001234

Or perhaps in older activities:

XM-DAC-7-PPR-281234

From January 1st 2024, you will have started seeing a different format. The ministry has moved to a new system in which we manage the activities, and since this change, there is also a new structure of activity IDs. The first part will be identical to the previous ones, but the last section has changed. The format of newly created activity IDs is for example:

XM-DAC-7-PPR-240001203
XM-DAC-7-PPR-240000178

So the organisation ID is the same (XM-DAC-7) and the activity part still starts with PPR, but the last number starts with 24 and then three or four zeros. The number 24 stands for the start year of the activity, so activities starting in 2025 will have activity IDs starting with XM-DAC-7-PPR-25… followed by seven more digits.

More information on how to use these provider activity IDs is here.

Activities which started before the 1st of January 2024 and which had IDs already, will not change their ID.
