Guided Implementation Quarter 4 – April 11th 2022

The last webinar! In which we look back on last quarter but also the whole year of Guided Implementation. Plus: the last elements of IATI we haven’t covered yet. And what do you do from now on in the activities we worked on this year? And what do you do when it closes? There will also be a guest who will show you how to easily make a dashboard in Power BI, based on your own data – and your alliance partners.

14:00-15:30 CET Zoom link is in the Netherlands Corner. Please make sure you have joined the Netherlands Corner, because all updates will be shared there.

Your work after this webinar

Your resources for this quarter:

a. The guidelines on COVID-19 activities.
b. The Technical Tip: what to do when a project ends.
c. If you expect a bad connection or want to review the slides, download the PowerPoint slides here.
d. The recording of the webinar (minus the presentation by Alyona Skovorodnikova on Power BI, which is a separate video).
e. The video about creating a Power BI dashboard from IATI files, by Alyona Skovorodnikova.
f. We have put all examples on how your data is being used by others on one page for you.

Things to add to your activities in this quarter:

a. Apply COVID-19 guidelines where relevant.
b. Apply humanitarian guidelines for the relevant activities (not required but requested by many users of IATI data).
c. Add specific locations where relevant. If you need to go over how to do that again, watch the webinar from 20:41 onwards.
d. Please double check if you are visible in Metis. If not, check here what to do about that (question 1).
e. If you want, we can check our data one last time to see if it all went well. Post a reply here.

We are still available to check your data if you want, but since this is the last webinar, there is no deadline. Of course, you still have the IATI requirement itself, and that may have specific deadlines. Those are to be taken seriously!
