Check here for the to-do list from last webinar (the kick-off). If you haven’t done any of these, please do them as soon as possible.

If you are new to publishing in IATI:
a. Add the activities you want to publish to your IATI dataset (via Aidstream or another application)
b. Make sure all activities link to the donor’s activity
c. Add the other basic information
d. Publish the data to the IATI Registry and check the results
e. Let us know that you have published, so we can check the data and add you to METIS
f. Check METIS: did it work?

If you have published before:
a. Check if your activity structure is correct and make changes if necessary
b. Double check if you have linked to the donor’s activity correctly and correct any mistakes there
c. Add any new activities
d. Let us know, so we can check the data and add you to METIS if we haven’t yet
e. Check METIS: did it work?

If you are part of a partnership:
a. Agree between all partners on a structure
b. Add the activities to your IATI dataset
c. Link to the donor and add the other basic information
d. Let us know so we can check if everything is correct. If you were not visible in METIS before, we might have to add you first.
e. Check METIS: did it work?

Your deadline: 9 August.
If you’re late, just do it when you can, but we can’t guarantee that we will be able to check your data before the next webinar, so you run the risk of falling behind. This deadline is possibly the most important one, because getting this part right means the rest of the work is much easier.
Our deadline: 6 September. We will have checked everything that was done before August 9th, and hopefully as many of the ones that came in late, as well. The earlier you are done, the better your chances that you will be able to fix any mistakes on time before the next webinar.

Remember: this quarter is crucial! Get it right now, and you will save yourself a lot of trouble later.
