The Helpdesk Open Data of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands will be closed from 24 April and 5 May. We will be back on Monday the 8th of May. There will also be no Question Hour on Zoom, and we will not answer questions on our email address.

Should you need help with your IATI publishing in the two weeks that we are closed, please try the following options:

  • Check if your question is answered in the FAQ.
  • Search (to the right of this page) for the topic you need help with.
  • There is a fair chance that the Guided Implementation webinars covered your question. On the overview pages of each webinar, you can find the topics being covered. Maybe your question will be answered in one of the webinars.
  • Please also note that METIS has moved, so if there is an issue with how your data is reflected in the dashboard, please check if you are looking at the right version.

Perhaps your question is actually about monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), especially if it concerns the way you publish indicator information. For MEL questions, please contact your focal point in the ministry for this activity. Please be aware that these two weeks include a few public holidays in the Netherlands, so responses may be slow.
